摘　　要：高压阀门的设计与选型是炼油行业高压加氢装置中管道材料设计的重点内容。从阀门铸件与锻件的选择、阀体材料的选择、阀盖密封型式设计、密封面与阀杆的选择、截止阀和止回阀的设计与选型、轨道球阀的设计与选型、阀门连接端面的设计等方面介绍了高压阀门设计与选型的原则和建议,为工程技术人员提供指导。In oil refining industry,the design and selection of high pressure valve is the key content of pipeline material design in high pressure hydrogenation unit.This paper introduces the high pressure valve design and type selection principles and suggestions from several aspects in order to provide guidance for engineering and technical personnel,including selection of valve castings and forgings,selection of valve body materials,bonnet seal type design,selection of sealing surface and valve stem,design and type selection of globe and check valve,design and selection of orbit ball valve,design of the connecting end face etc.
