摘  要:根据核安全规范抗震I类设备的抗震试验鉴定要求,利用液压振动台、电动振动台试验系统,模拟SSE地震运动水平,对运行于CAP1400型压水堆核电机组中的核级高压气体减压阀进行抗震试验,验证其完整性和可运行性。试验结果表明:核级减压阀的固有频率、振动老化、静态加载和RIM动态地震的测试项均符合抗震鉴定要求。本文抗震鉴定试验法综合验证了SSE地震工况下核级减压阀的抗震性能,同时验证了抗震计算方法的正确性,该方法亦可为核电厂类似的抗震鉴定实践活动提供有益借鉴。In this paper,according to the seismic test and identification requirements of seismic class I e-quipment in the nuclear safety code,using the hydraulic shaking table and electric shaking table test system to simulate the SSE seismic movement level,the seismic test of the nuclear grade high-pressure gas pressure reducing valve operating in the CAP 1400 PWR nuclear motor unit is carried out to verify its integrity and operability.The test results show that the test items of natural frequency,vibration aging,static loading and rim dynamic earthquake of nuclear grade pressure reducing valve meet the requirements of seismic evaluation.The seismic evaluation test method in this paper comprehensively verifies the seismic performance of nuclear grade pressure reducing valve under SSE seismic conditions,and verifies the correctness of seismic calculation method.This method can also provide a useful reference for similar seismic evaluation practice of nuclear power plant.
