摘 要:本文利用反复弯曲矫直工艺对304不锈钢板材进行表面强化,通过显微硬度测试、拉伸试验和显微组织表征研究了反复弯曲矫直方法对304不锈钢变形和退火薄板力学性能和显微组织的影响。分析和讨论了反复弯曲矫直工艺对阀门用不锈钢波纹管刚度和疲劳寿命的影响。实验结果表明,反复弯曲矫直方法及后续热处理过程能够明显提高波纹管的疲劳寿命。剧烈塑性变形引发的晶粒细化与热处理过程导致的位错密度下降是疲劳寿命提高的主要原因。In this paper,surface strengthening of 304 stainless steel sheet was conducted by repeated bending straightening(RBS)process.The effect of RBS method on the mechanical properties and microstructures of 304 stainless steel sheets after deformation and annealing were studied by microhardness tests,tensile tests and microstructure characterization.The influence of RBS process on the stiffness and fatigue life of stainless steel bellows for valves is discussed.The experimental results show that the RBS method and the subsequent heat treatment can significantly improve the fatigue life of the bellows.The grain refinement caused by severe plastic deformation and the decrease of dislocation density caused by heat treatment are the main reasons for the increase of fatigue life.
