子宫肌瘤手术患者自我怜悯水平及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨子宫肌瘤手术患者自我怜悯水平及影响因素,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2019年3月—2022年3月于郑州市妇幼保健院行子宫肌瘤手术的患者88例为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表收集患者一般资料,采用自我怜悯量表(SCS)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)评估患者自我怜悯水平和领悟社会支持水平。采用Pearson相关分析探讨子宫肌瘤手术患者SCS评分与PSSS评分的关系,采用多因素线性回归分析探讨自我怜悯水平的影响因素。结果 子宫肌瘤手术患者SCS总分为(71.86±10.63)分。不同文化程度、家庭人均月收入、病程、子宫肌瘤类型、妇科疾病史的子宫肌瘤手术患者SCS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子宫肌瘤手术患者SCS评分与PSSS评分呈正相关关系(r=0.564,P<0.001)。受教育水平、家庭人均月收入、病程、妇科疾病史、PSSS总分为子宫肌瘤手术患者自我怜悯水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 本研究中子宫肌瘤手术患者自我怜悯水平较低。医护人员应关注受教育水平较低、家庭人均月收入较低、病程短、无妇科疾病史、领悟社会支持水平较低的子宫肌瘤手术患者,并根据患者个体情况行针对性干预,以提高患者自我怜悯水平。Objective To investigate the level of self-compassion and its influencing factors in patients receiving uterine fibroid surgery,so as to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods Eighty-eight patients who underwent uterine fibroid surgery at Women&Infants Hospital of Zhengzhou from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the study participants.The general data of the patients were collected using a general data questionnaire,and the self-compassion level and perceived social support level were assessed using the Self-Compassion Scale(SCS)and the Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS).Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the relationship between SCS score and PSSS score in patients receiving uterine fibroid surgery;multivariate linear regression analysis was adopted to explore the influencing factors of selfcompassion level.Results The total score of SCS in patients receiving uterine fibroid surgery was 71.86±10.63 points.Significant differences were observed in SCS scores among patients receiving uterine fibroid surgery with different education levels,per capita monthly family income,disease duration,type of uterine fibroids,and history of gynecological diseases(P<0.05).A positive correlation was observed between the SCS and PSSS scores in patients receiving uterine fibroid surgery(r=0.564,P<0.001).Educational level,per capita monthly family income,disease duration,history of gynecological diseases,and PSSS total scores were influencing factors for the level of self-compassion in patients receiving uterine fibroid surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion In this study,the self-compassion level of patients receiving uterine fibroid surgery was low.Medical staff should pay attention to patients receiving uterine fibroid surgery with a lower level of education,lower per capita monthly family income,shorter duration of disease,no history of gynecological diseases,and lower level of perceived social support.Meanwhile,they should perform targeted interventions following the individual circumstances of patients
