个性化肠道准备方案结合细节护理应用于结肠镜检查患者中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨个性化肠道准备方案结合细节护理应用于结肠镜检查患者中的效果,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法本研究选取2020年2月—2022年3月在河南省郑州市第七人民医院行结肠镜检查的136例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组与对照组,每组68例。对照组患者采用常规护理。研究组患者采用个性化肠道准备方案结合细节护理。比较2组患者波士顿肠道准备评分量表(BBPS)评分;比较2组患者一次置镜成功率、术中肠胀气发生率;比较2组患者进镜时间、检查时间;比较2组患者检查过程中、检查结束后10 min收缩压、舒张压、心率。结果 研究组患者右半结肠、左半结肠、横结肠BBPS评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者一次置镜成功率高于对照组,而术中肠胀气发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者进镜时间、检查时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者检查过程中、检查结束后10 min收缩压、舒张压、心率升高幅度均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化肠道准备方案结合细节护理应用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备中,可提高患者肠道清洁度,提高一次置镜成功率,缩短进镜和检查时间,降低术后肠胀气发生风险,减轻检查应激反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective The aim of this study is to explore the effect of personalized bowel preparation combined with detailed nursing on colonoscopy patients,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 136 patients who underwent colonoscopy at Zhengzhou No.7 People's Hospital from February 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research participants.The patients were randomized into a study group(n=68)and a control group(n=68)using a random number table.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received personalized bowel preparation combined with detailed nursing.The Boston Bowel Preparation Scale(BBPS)scores were compared between the two groups,and the first-attempt success rate of intubation and the occurrence of intestinal distension during surgery were also compared.The intubation time,examination time,and changes in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate during and after the examination were recorded for both groups.Results The BBPS scores for the right colon,left colon,and transverse colon were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The first-attempt success rate of intubation was significantly higher in the study group,whereas the incidence of intraoperative intestinal distension was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The intubation time and examination time were significantly shorter in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate during and 10 min after the examination were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized bowel preparation combined with detailed nursing before colonoscopy can improve the extent of bowel cleanliness,increase the first-attempt success rate of intubation,shorten the intubation and examination time,reduce the risk of postoperative intestinal distension,and alleviate the stress response during examination.The
