摘 要:目的 探讨风险预警护理联合营养干预对早产儿智能发育的影响,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法 本研究选取郑州市妇幼保健院2020年1月—2022年1月诊治的早产儿78例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患儿分为研究组与对照组,每组39例。对照组患儿给予风险预警护理,研究组患儿在对照组护理的基础上给予营养干预。比较2组患儿干预1、3个月时体质量、身长、新生儿20项行为神经评分量表(NBNA)评分、小儿智能发育量表[智能发育指数(MDI)、精神运动发育指数(PDI)]评分及血清前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)水平。比较2组患儿干预期间并发症发生情况。结果 干预1、3个月时,研究组患儿体质量及身长均大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预1、3个月时,研究组患儿NBNA、小儿智能发育量表中MDI及PDI评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预1、3个月时,研究组患儿PA、ALB水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 风险预警护理联合营养干预能促进早产儿智能与神经功能的发育,全面改善早产儿营养状况,减少并发症的发生,值得推广应用。Objective This study aimed to explore the effect of risk early warning nursing combined with nutritional intervention on the intellectual development of premature infants to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods Seventy-eight premature infants visited and treated at Women&Infants Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study participants.They were allocated to the study and control groups by random number table,with 39 cases in each group.Children in the control group received risk early warning nursing and those in the study group nutritional intervention based on nursing in the control group.Body weight,length,neonatal 20-item Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment(NBNA)score,pediatric mental development scale[mental development index(MDI),psychomotor development index(PDI)]score,and pre-albumin(PA)and albumin(ALB)levels were compared between the two groups at 1 and 3 months of intervention.Complications during the intervention were compared between the groups.Results At 1 and 3 months of intervention,the body weight and length of the study group were significantly greater than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 months of intervention,the NBNA,MDI,and PDI scores in the pediatric mental development scale in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 months of intervention,the PA and ALB levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk early warning nursing in combination with nutritional intervention can promote the development of intelligence and neurological function,comprehensively improve the nutritional status of premature infants and reduce complications.These benefits hold promise for a wider application of this procedure.
