摘　　要：本文采用内容分析法和文献研究法对美日近年来有关长期护理保险制度的政策进行了研究,通过比较我国与美国、日本长期护理保险制度的现状,分析我国长期护理保险制度在参保范围、运行方式、福利待遇等方面的不足,以此对我国长期护理保险制度的商业运营模式、制度执行力度、人才培养措施等方面提出可行性建议,以期为我国长期护理保险制度的发展提供参考。This paper explores the policies of long-term nursing insurance systems in the United states and Japan in recent years by conducting content analysis and literature research.By comparing the current status of the long-term nursing insurance systems in the United States,Japan,and China,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the system in insurance coverage range,operation mode,and welfare benefits in China and puts forward feasible suggestions on the commercial operation mode,system implementation intensity,and personnel training measures of long-term nursing insurance system in China,attempting to provide evidence for the development of long-term nursing insurance system in China.
