摘  要:目的探索聚焦解决模式联合思维导图健康教育对慢性乙型肝炎患者依从性、疾病认知、自我护理能力和生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年5月—2022年3月收治的170例慢性乙型肝炎患者为研究对象,按照组间基本特征均衡可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,各85例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用思维导图式健康教育联合聚焦解决模式。采用慢性乙型肝炎认知问卷自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)、服药依从性问卷和健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)分别评价两组患者的疾病认知、自我护理能力、服药依从性和生活质量。结果观察组干预后定期检查、治疗认知、基本知识、其他、疾病认知评分总分及自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能、健康知识水平、ESCA总分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,观察组治疗依从率97.65%高于对照组78.82%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性乙型肝炎患者开展思维导图式健康教育联合聚焦解决模式干预,可提高患者治疗依从性,增强其自我护理能力。Objective To explore the eff ects of focused solution mode combined with mind mapping health education on compliance,disease cognition,self care ability,and quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods A total of 170 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted from May 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group based on the principle of balanced and comparable basic characteristics between the groups,with 85 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with a combination of mind guided health education and focused solution based on routine nursing.The chronic hepatitis B cognitive questionnaire,exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA),medication compliance questionnaire,and short form health survey(SF-36)were used to evaluate the disease cognition,self care ability,medication compliance,and quality of life of the two groups of patients.Results After intervention,the total scores of regular examinations,treatment cognition,basic knowledge,others,disease cognition,self concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills,health knowledge level and ESCA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate in the observation group was 97.65%,which was higher than the 78.82%in the control group,the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the each dimension scores of life quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the diff erences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out mental map based health education combined with focused solution model intervention for patients with chronic hepatitis B can improve their treatment compliance and enhance their self care ability.
