摘 要:目的调查宁夏回族自治区男护士逆境商现状及影响因素。方法选用一般人口学资料调查表、护士逆境商量表、心理弹性量表、职业倦怠量表、护士职业认同感量表、职业发展量表对宁夏回族自治区125名男护士进行调查。结果宁夏回族自治区男护士逆境商水平处于中等水平。多重线性回归结果显示,平均月收入、职业认同感和心理弹性是男护士逆境商水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论宁夏回族自治区男护士逆境商处于中等水平,建议护理管理者重点关注男护士的心理问题,通过提高男护士职业认同感和心理弹性水平,综合制定合理的措施,提高男护士的逆境商水平。Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of adversity quotient of male nurses in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Methods A total of 125 male nurses from Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region were investigated using the general demographic data questionnaire,nurse adversity quotient scale,psychological resilience scale,job burnout scale,nurse professional identity scale,and career development scale.Results The level of adversity quotient of male nurses in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was at a moderate level.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the average monthly income,professional identity,and psychological resilience are the influencing factors for the level of adversity quotient of male nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion Male nurses in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region had a moderate level of adversity quotient.It was recommended that nursing managers focus on the psychological problems of male nurses,and develop comprehensive and reasonable measures to improve the level of adversity quotient of male nurses by improving their professional identity and psychological resilience.
