摘　　要：目的 探讨学科团队管理对PICC患者导管维护效果及并发症的影响。方法 选取2021年1—12月PICC置管患者116例为研究对象,根据患者入院时间将患者分为对照组(2021年1—6月,n=58)和观察组(2021年7—12月,n=58),对照组行PICC常规性护理,观察组实施多学科团队管理。比较两组患者导管置管效果、导管留置并发症发生率、PICC导管维护满意度评分。结果 观察组导管维护依从率、一次性穿刺成功率较对照组高(P<0.05),观察组导管留置时间较对照组长(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组导管留置期间并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者对导管维护的满意度评分较高(P<0.05)。结论 多学科团队管理可提升PICC患者导管维护效果,有效降低导管留置期间并发症发生率,提升患者导管维护满意度。Objective To explore the eff ects of multidisciplinary team management on catheter maintenance and complications in patients with PICC.Methods To select 116 patients with PICC catheterization from January to December 2021 as the study subjects.According to the time of admission,the patients were divided into a control group(from January to June 2021,n=58)and an observation group(from July to December 2021,n=58).The control group received routine PICC care,while the observation group received multidisciplinary team management.The eff ects of catheterization,the incidence of complications during catheter indwelling,and the satisfaction score of PICC catheter maintenance were compared between the two groups.Results The catheter maintenance compliance rate and one-time puncture success rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the catheter retention time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications during catheter indwelling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction score with catheter maintenance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary team management can improve the eff ectiveness of catheter maintenance in patients with PICC,eff ectively reduce the incidence of complications during catheter indwelling,and enhance patient satisfaction with catheter maintenance.
