摘  要:塔里木盆地区域内广泛发育盐膏层,地层系统复杂,在钻遇异常高压盐水层后易发生溢流,引发黏附卡钻。为此,通过建立黏附卡钻模型,进行了高压地层盐水溢流衍生卡钻方面的机理研究,开展了钻井液抗盐污染能力评价试验,研究了钻柱静止时间、轴向摩擦力与扭矩、摩擦因数及压差对黏附卡钻的影响规律。研究结果表明:基于室内试验结果拟合得到泥饼厚度和摩擦因数随盐水体积分数和时间的变化规律,拟合优度R2均大于0.9;轴向摩擦力与扭矩均随钻柱静止时间的延长呈对数型增加,随盐水体积分数的增加而急剧增加,随摩擦因数的增加先缓慢增加后快速增加,随压差的增大几乎持续稳定增加。所得结论可为油田制定防卡对策和安全钻井提供理论支撑。Gypsum salt layers are widely developed in the Tarim Basin, and the formation system is complex.After drilling into abnormal high pressure saline aquifers, overflow easily occurs, which often results in adhesive sticking.With the adhesive sticking model built, the mechanism of adhesive sticking derived from brine overflow in high pressure formation was studied, the evaluation test of salt pollution resistance of drilling fluid was carried out, and the influences of drill string rest time, axial friction and torque, friction coefficient and pressure difference on adhesive sticking were identified.The study results show that the variations of mud cake thickness and friction coefficient with brine volume fraction and time are obtained by fitting based on the laboratory test results, and the goodness of fit R2 is all greater than 0.9.The axial friction and torque increase logarithmically with the increase of drill string rest time, increase sharply with the increase of brine volume fraction, increase slowly and then increase rapidly with the increase of friction coefficient, and increase almost continuously and steadily with the increase of pressure difference.The conclusions provide theoretical support for formulating anti-stick countermeasures and safe drilling in the oilfield.
