摘  要:托压问题是制约水平井滑动钻进机械钻速的主要因素之一,使用振动减阻工具是水平井减阻最直接有效的方式。为分析振动减阻工具在水平井中的减阻效果,针对一种螺杆驱动的机械式旋转冲击钻井工具,对工具在不同钻进工况下的钻压波动、位移变化进行了模拟计算,解释了低频冲击工具可以实现振动减阻的根本原因。计算结果表明:旋冲工具降低摩阻需要借助钻压;激励频率越大,钻头处的钻压波动越剧烈;存在最佳的激励频率使得钻头处钻压整体处于最高水平;旋冲工具工作时,钻头处的钻压波动不仅包含激励本身的频率,还会包含激励频率的2倍、3倍等更高倍数的频率。研究结果可以为旋冲工具工作参数的优化,以及工具在水平井中实现最佳提速效果提供理论指导。Weight-on-bit(WOB)congestion is one of the main factors restricting the penetration rate of sliding drilling in horizontal wells, and the use of vibration friction reduction tools is the most direct and effective way to reduce friction in horizontal wells.In order to analyze the friction reduction effect of vibration friction reduction tool in horizontal wells, the WOB fluctuation and displacement variation of a mechanical rotary percussion drilling tool driven by positive displacement motor(PDM)under different drilling conditions was calculated by simulation, and the reason that low frequency percussion tool can achieve vibration friction reduction was explained.The calculation results show that the rotary percussion tool needs to use WOB to reduce the friction;the greater the excitation frequency, the more severe the WOB fluctuation is;and there is an optimal excitation frequency to make the WOB at the highest level as a whole;moreover, when the rotary percussion tool works, the WOB fluctuation not only includes the frequency of the excitation itself, but also includes the frequency of 2 times and 3 times of the excitation frequency.The research results provide theoretical guidance for the optimization of working parameters of the rotary percussion tool and the realization of optimal penetration rate enhancement of the tool in horizontal wells.
