摘 要:水平井多级分段压裂大规模实施过程时常会引起断层活化、滑移,使套管发生变形或损坏。为此,研究了压裂引起断层活化的机理,分析了断层滑移对套管力学性能的影响。分析结果表明:水力裂缝沟通断层,压裂液由二者交线处沿断层渗流,造成交线两侧一定范围内剪切强度减小,断层面剪切强度减小至小于有效应力时发生破坏而活化,断层渗透率越高,活化范围越大;活化后的断层滑移量与活化范围正相关,在水力裂缝和断层的交线两侧对称分布,随着与交线距离的增大,断层滑移量逐渐减小。所得结论可为压裂施工及套管保护措施的制定提供技术借鉴。The large-scale implementation of multi-stage fracturing in horizontal wells often causes fault activation and slippage, and then results in casing deformation or damage.Finally, the numerical simulation method was used to analyze the mechanical influence of fault slip on casing.The analysis results show that the hydraulic fracture connects with the fault, the fracturing fluid flows along the fault from the intersection of them, resulting in a decrease of shear strength within a certain range on both sides of the intersection.When the shear strength of the fault plane decreases to less than the effective stress, the fault will be destroyed and activated.The higher the fault permeability, the greater the activation range is.The slip amount of activated fault is positively correlated with the activation range, and is symmetrically distributed on both sides of the intersection of hydraulic fracture and fault.As the distance from the intersection increases, the fault slip amount gradually decreases.The conclusions provide technical reference for the operation of fracturing and the formulation of casing protection measures.
