摘  要:通过对比不同容器类型和容器规格条件下一年生砂生槐幼苗生长及根系发育状况,筛选出适宜砂生槐容器苗培育的容器类型和规格,为砂生槐的壮苗培育和成功造林提供理论依据。结果表明:1)不同容器对砂生槐幼苗的生长影响显著。幼苗的苗高、生物量以及质量指数在容器Ⅱ处理下达到最大值。2)幼苗叶绿素含量和根系活力在容器Ⅱ处理下达到最大值且与另外两组处理间差异显著(P<0.05),但容器Ⅱ处理显著降低了幼苗的丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和脯氨酸的含量。3)较小规格的育苗容器明显限制了砂生槐幼苗的根系伸展。幼苗的根系长度、根系表面积、根系体积和根系生物量均在容器Ⅱ处理时达到最大值,且与另外两组处理间差异显著(P<0.05)。但根系组织密度在容器Ⅰ处理下最大,表现为:容器Ⅰ>容器Ⅲ>容器Ⅱ。结合苗木质量及苗木生产的经济成本,在生产实践中为获得优质壮苗,砂生槐容器苗培育时优先选择12 cm×16 cm规格的无纺布育苗袋。In this paper,by comparing the growth and root development status of annual Sophora moorcroftiana seedlings under different container types and container specifications,the container types and specifications suitable for the cultivation of Sophora moorcroftiana container seedlings were screened out,which provided a theoretical basis for the cultivation of strong seedlings and successful afforestation of Sophora moorcroftiana.The results indicated that different containers had significant effects on the growth of Sophora moorcroftiana seedlings.Seedling height,biomass,and quality index reached their maximum values under the treatment of container II.Chlorophyll content and root activity of the seedlings were the highest under container II treatment and significantly differed from the other two treatments(P<0.05).However,container II treatment significantly reduced the content of MDA,superoxide dismutase,peroxidation enzymes,and proline in the seedlings.Smaller size seedling containers significantly restricted the root extension of Sophora moorcroftiana seedlings.Root length,surface area,volume,and biomass all reached their maximum values in the container II treatment and were significantly different from the other two treatments(P<0.05).Nevertheless,root tissue density was the highest under container I treatment,which was as follows:container I>container III>container II.Considering seedling quality and the economic cost of seedling production,the preferred choice for container cultivation of Sophora moorcroftiana was the 12×16 cm non-woven seedling bags in order to obtain highquality and robust seedlings in practical production.
