八种常用消毒剂对小熊猫紫色色杆菌的杀菌效果试验

摘　　要：为比较常用消毒剂对紫色色杆菌的杀灭效果,预防小熊猫紫色色杆菌病的再次发生,通过悬液定量杀菌试验评价八种消毒剂百毒杀、84、聚维酮碘、新洁尔灭、月苄三甲氯铵、戊二醛癸甲溴铵、复合酚和甲酚皂的杀菌效果。结果表明,季铵盐类消毒剂百毒杀、新洁尔灭、月苄三甲氯铵和戊二醛癸甲溴铵的杀菌效果较好,对人体无害且刺激性小,可在饲养场所使用以杀灭紫色色杆菌。In order to compare the killing effect of common disinfectants on Chromobacterium violaceum and prevent the recurrence of Chromobacterium violaceum disease in red panda,the bactericidal effects of didecyl dimethyl ammonium bromide solution,84 disin-fectant,p ovidone iodine solution,benzalkonium bromide,halimide solution,glutaral and deciquam solution,fuhefen compound phenol and cresol soap solution were evaluated by suspension quantitative bactericidal test.The results showed that the bactericidal effect of quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant such as didecyl dimethyl ammonium bromide Solution,benzalkonium bromide,halimide solu-tion and glutaral and deciquam solution were better than the other disinfectants.They are harmless to human beings and low irritating,can be used in feeding places to kill Chromobacterium violaceum.
