2019-2021年上海市松江区猪A型口蹄疫免疫抗体监测与分析

摘　　要：为摸清松江区2019-2021年猪A型口蹄疫免疫抗体水平,三年共采集有代表性规模场和专业户的猪血清样品1090份,采用ELISA方法进行检测,结果抗体水平合格的样品812份,合格率为74.5%。规模场、专业户的抗体合格率分别为77.6%、70.3%。To find out immune antiboby level of swine type A foot-and-mouth disease in Songjiang district from 2019 to 2021,a total of 1090 pig serum samples collected from representative scale pig farm and professional household in three years,were detected for the level of immune antiboby by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),the result showed that titer of 812 samples were up to standard(pecent about 74.5%).The qualified rate of scale farm and professional household was 77.6%and 70.3%.
