摘  要:离相封闭母线是广泛应用于发电厂发变组系统引出线及分支回路的一种大电流传输装置,随着紧凑型发电厂的发展,封母也逐渐暴露出一些问题。本文以某水电站一起离相封闭母线绝缘异常案例展开分析,重点推荐运用分相分段法逐渐缩小故障范围,结合封母外观异象有效锁定重点部位,由可拆卸外壳伸缩节作为观察和测量窗口,展开分析定位故障点,通过局部循环加热法消除绝缘受潮缺陷,有效解决了封闭母线内部绝缘薄弱点查找定位难度大、耗时长的问题,可供类似故障查找处理借鉴。Isolated-phase enclosed busbar is a large current transmission device widely used in the outgoing lines and branch circuits of the generator-transformer system in power plants.With the development of compact power plants,certain problems are gradually emerged in the enclosed busbar.An insulation abnormality fault of the isolated-phase enclosed busbar in a hydropower station is analyzed.The phase separation and segmentation method is recommended to narrow the possible range of the fault.Some key parts are determined in combination with the external appearance anomalies of the busbar.Then,the fault can be located with the detachable housing expansion joints as observation and measurement windows.The moisture induced insulation defects are then eliminated by local circulating heating method.The proposed method effectively solves the difficulties in the determination and positioning of internal insulation weakness points in enclosed busbar,which can be useful reference for the treatment of similar faults.
