摘  要:某大型水电站的主泄洪设施为两条龙抬头式泄洪洞,单条最大泄洪流量为3700 m^(3)/s,使用频率极高,关乎着大坝防洪度汛的安全。然而,在第一个汛期的运行中就频繁出现工作闸门提升至某一开度,提门速度急剧下降,液压启闭机左、右油缸下腔压力出现高报警状态,导致提门失败。针对此障分析,其高压继电器报警的整定值偏低、油泵出口溢流阀整定值飘移是主要原因。经采取相应措施,保证了设备运行的可靠性。The main flood discharge facilities in a large hydropower station are two dragon-raise-head type flood discharge tunnels,with the maximum discharge flow of 3700 m^(3)/s and high operation frequency,which are of great importance to the safety of the dam in flood control.However,in the operation of the service gate in the first flood season,lifting problem occurs frequently.When the gate is lifted to a certain opening,the lifting speed drops sharply,and the pressure in the lower chambers of the left and right side cylinders of the hydraulic hoist gives a high alarm state,resulting in the failure of gate lifting.Analysis shows that the major causes are the low setting value of the high pressure relay alarm and the drift of the setting value of the outlet overflow valve in the oil pump.Corresponding treatment measures are then implemented,which ensure the operation reliability of the equipment.
