摘  要:针对新能源汽车生产线对电机数量的需求越来越多,电机端盖尺寸的测量精度要求越来越高,为了提高操作人员对生产的电机端盖准确验证效率,利用物联网相关技术设计了一种电机端盖尺寸检测系统。采用光栅位移传感器实现电机端盖尺寸的高精度测量,运用二维码标识端盖,射频识别卡进行操作人员权限管理。工控机通过工业以太网与测量仪器和MES服务器连接,分别使用FINS协议和HTTP协议进行数据交互。检测系统已应用于某产线,试运行结果表明系统操作方便,运行稳定,可扩展性强,显著提高了生产效率。In view of the increasing demand for electric motors in new energy vehicle production lines,the requirements for the measurement accuracy of motor end cover dimensions are getting higher and higher,a detection system for motor end cover dimensions based on Internet of Things was designed in order to improve the operator s accurate verification efficiency of the motor end cover produced.A grating displacement sensor was used to measure the size of motor end cover with high precision,two-dimensional code was used to identify end cover and RFID card to manage the authority of operators.The industrial computer was connected with the measuring instrument and MES server through industrial Ethernet,and the data exchange was carried out by FINS protocol and HTTP protocol respectively.The detection system has been applied to a certain production line,the test results show that the system is convenient in operation,operates stably and has strong scalability,which greatly improves the production efficiency.
