摘  要:为了防止矿用重型刮板机运行过程中圆环链破断引发断链事故,研制了一种矿用重型刮板机圆环链张力在线监测系统。对刮板机圆环链受过大载荷产生塑性大应变的工况,设计了带有拱形应变片的装配式张力传感器结构,通过电磁波仿真确定了传感器适应非均煤水介质工况的射频通信方案,实现了张力的在线监测。在拉伸试验机上进行了样机的拉伸和循环拉伸试验,并对射频通信方案进行了通信质量工况模拟实验。实验证明,该监测系统灵敏度为19.5 mV/V,零点漂移量为满量程的2.05%,射频通信传输数据的误码率小于1%,可以实现矿用圆环链张力的在线监测。In order to prevent the chain rupture accident caused by ring chain breakage in the operation process of mining heavy scraper,an online monitoring system for ring chain tension of mining heavy scraper was developed.For the condition that the ring chain of scraper was subjected to large load and produced large plastic strain,an assembled tension sensor structure with arch strain gauge was designed,the RF communication scheme of the sensor adapted to the condition of non-homogeneous coal and water medium was determined by electromagnetic wave simulation,and the tension online monitoring was realized.The tensile test and cyclic tensile test of the prototype were performed on the tensile test machine,and the simulation experiment of communication quality condition for RF communication scheme was carried out.The experimental results show that the sensitivity of the monitoring system is 19.5 mV/V,the zero drift is 2.05%of the full scale,the bit error rate of data transmitted by RF communication is less than 1%,and online monitoring of mining ring chain tension was realized.
