摘 要:采用不同种类乳化体系制备层状液晶乳液,并考察了脂肪醇对乳液层状液晶结构的影响,进一步对各体系的流变性能和稳定性进行了考察。实验结果表明:不同碳链脂肪醇均有利于不同种类乳化体系形成较为规整、均一的液晶结构,其中山嵛醇对甘油硬脂酸酯/鲸蜡硬脂醇/硬脂酰乳酰乳酸钠(TRIsatin)和聚甘油-2硬脂酸酯/甘油硬脂酸酯/硬脂醇(Poly Aquol-2W)乳化体系的促进效果较好。三种不同种类乳化体系的液晶乳液均表现出切力变稀、触变性和黏弹性,TRIsatin体系液晶乳液表现出较大的触变性;TRIsatin体系的储能模量(G’)、损耗模量(G’’)、屈服值均较大,能够抵抗一定的外力而不容易发生形变。快速稳定性分析结果表明,TRIsatin和Poly Aquol-2W体系的不稳定系数较小,产品的长期稳定性较好。Layered liquid crystal lotion were prepared with different kinds of emulsion systems,and the effect of fatty alcohol on the structure of layered liquid crystal of lotion were investigated.The rheological properties and stability properties of each system were further investigated.Experimental results show that,different carbon chain fatty alcohols are conducive to the formation of relatively regular and uniform liquid crystal structures in different types of emulsification systems.Among them,behenyl alcohol has better promotion effect on TRIsatin and PolyAquol-2W emulsification system.The liquid crystal emulsions of three different emulsification systems showed shear thinning,thixotropy and viscoelasticity,and the liquid crystal emulsion of TRIsatin system showed greater thixotropy.The storage modulus(G'),loss modulus(G'')and yield value of the TRIsatin system are all large,which can resist a certain external force and is not easy to deform.The rapid stability analysis results show that the instability coefficient of TRIsatin and PolyAquol-2W systems is small,and the long-term stability of products is good.
