护发素对头发的修护功效评价方法探讨

摘　　要：为探讨护发素对头发的修护功效评价方法,以体外真发为实验材料,分别采用扫描电镜成像、摩擦性能、梳理性能、单根发丝拉断功、光泽度和蓬松度6个指标对市售3款不同维度修护功效的护发素(A、B、C)进行功效评价。结果显示,护发素A能够明显抚平毛鳞片,显著降低发束的摩擦系数,显著降低干发和湿发的梳理功,显著提升发束光泽度;护发素B能够抚平毛鳞片,显著降低发束的摩擦系数,显著降低干发和湿发的梳理功,显著提升单根发丝拉断功和光泽度;护发素C能够抚平毛鳞片,显著降低发束的摩擦系数,显著降低干发和湿发的梳理功,显著提升光泽度和蓬松度;仪器测试结果均与宣称功效基本一致。扫描电镜成像测试、摩擦性能测试、梳理性能测试、单根发丝拉断功测试、光泽度测试和蓬松度测试结合能有效评价护发素对头发的修护功效;对头发的修护功效评价可以根据发用品特点在不同维度针对性地选择相应的指标进行评价。In order to explore the evaluation method of hair care efficacy of hair conditioner,the efficacy evaluation of three different dimensions of hair conditioner(A,B,C)on the market was carried out by using six indicators,namely,scanning electron microscope imaging,friction performance,carding performance,single hair breaking power,glossiness and fluffiness,with real hair in vitro as the experimental material.The results showed that hair conditioner A could significantly smooth hair scales,significantly reduce the friction coefficient of hair bundles,significantly reduce the carding work of dry and wet hair,and significantly improve the luster of hair bundles.Hair conditioner B can smooth hair scales,significantly reduce the friction coefficient of hair bundles,significantly reduce the carding power of dry and wet hair,and significantly improve the breaking power and glossiness of single hair.Hair conditioner C can smooth hair scales,significantly reduce the friction coefficient of hair bundles,significantly reduce the carding work of dry and wet hair,and significantly improve the glossiness and bulkiness;The instrument test results are basically consistent with the declared efficacy.The combination of scanning electron microscope imaging test,friction performance test,carding performance test,single hair breaking power test,glossiness test and bulkiness test can effectively evaluate the repair effect of hair conditioner on hair.According to the characteristics of hair products,the hair repair efficacy can be evaluated by selecting corresponding indicators in different dimensions.
