摘 要:考察5款不同EO数脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES-1、AES-1.5、AES-2、AES-2.5、AES-3)在餐具/果蔬清洁剂两个配方体系中刺激性能、增稠性能、泡沫性能等理化性能。结果显示:高EO数的AES在餐具/果蔬清洁剂的刺激性比较小,含高EO数AES的餐具/果蔬清洁剂产品的增稠性能优于含低EO数AES的产品,含不同EO数的AES的餐具/果蔬清洁剂产品在泡沫性能上差异不大。The physical and chemical properties of five fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfates(AES)with different ethylene oxide(EO)numbers in the tableware/fruit and vegetable detergent formulation systems,such as irritation,thickening and foam properties,were investigated.The results show that AES with high EO number has less irritation on dishware/fruit and vegetable cleaner,and the thickening performance of dishware/fruit and vegetable cleaner with high EO number AES is better than that of products with low EO number AES,while dishware/fruit and vegetable cleaner products with different EO numbers have little difference in foam performance.
