摘　　要：由于儿童的皮肤屏障功能和免疫系统不完善,相较成人化妆品,中国化妆品监管体系对儿童品类的配方设计、安全性和功效验证有着更为严格的要求。围绕儿童化妆品开发体系的构建,介绍儿童的皮肤特点与常见问题,简述了儿童化妆品的法规要求、配方组成、安全评估、功效验证,可为化妆品从业人员产品开发工作提供一定参考,推动儿童化妆品进一步发展。Due to the imperfect skin barrier function and immune system of children,acne,eczema and other problems,compared with cosmetics used by adults,China's relevant regulations and standards have stricter formula design,safety,efficacy verification requirements for children's cosmetics.This article focuses on the construction of children's cosmetics development system,introduces the characteristics and common problems of children's skin,briefly describes the regulatory requirements,formula composition,safety assessment and efficacy verification of children's cosmetics,which can provide researchers in the cosmetics industry with certain ideas and promote the further development of children's cosmetics.
