基层医务人员对老年医学核心技术的知晓应用分析

摘　　要：目的 了解基层医务人员对老年医学核心技术[老年综合征(GS)和老年综合评估(CGA)]的知晓应用情况。方法 采用便利抽样法,于2021年10—11月对四川省233名基层医务人员进行问卷调查,分析基层医务人员对GS及CGA的知晓、学习、应用和态度情况。结果 纳入的基层医务人员中,有65.7%知晓GS,有91.0%知晓CGA概念,有77.3%知晓CGA工具,有98.7%有意向学习CGA技能,有90.6%希望实际工作中运用CGA技术,有30.0%曾参与CGA培训,但完全掌握GS、CGA工具者分别占12.4%、0.4%。基层医务人员对GS和CGA的知识掌握水平得分为(1.72±0.66)分、态度得分为(4.58±0.62)分。年龄、参与CGA培训次数是基层医务人员掌握老年医学核心技术的影响因素,知晓GS则是影响其态度的重要因素。结论 基层医务人员对老年医学核心技术知晓率、接受度高,但掌握程度及实际应用不足,基层医疗机构应完善相关技术培养模式并加强推广力度。Objective To understand the awareness and application of the core technologies of geriatrics[geriatric syndrome(GS)and comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)]among primary medical staff.Methods From October to November 2021,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 233 primary medical staff selected by convenience sampling method in Sichuan Province.The awareness,learning and application of and attitude towards GS and CGA among primary medical staff were analyzed.Results Among the 233 primary medical staff included,65.7%knew GS,91.0%knew the concept of CGA,77.3%knew the tools of CGA,98.7%intended to learn CGA skills,90.6%wanted to use CGA in practice,30.0%had participated in CGA training,but 12.4%and 0.4%fully mastered GS and CGA tools,respectively,with the overall knowledge level of(1.72±0.66)points and the overall attitude of(4.58±0.62)points.Age and the number of times of participation in CGA training were the influencing factors for primary medical staff to master the core technologies of geriatric medicine,and the awareness of GS was an important factor affecting their attitude.Conclusion Primary medical staff have a high awareness and acceptance but insufficient mastery and practical application of the core technologies of geriatric medicine.Therefore,the training model should be improved,and the promotion efforts should be strengthened by primary medical institutions.
