摘　　要：目的 了解冠心病患者冠脉支架植入术后生活质量现状并分析其影响因素,探讨改善患者生活质量的可行护理对策。方法 采用连续性抽样法选取2022年2—7月成都市两所三级甲等医院心内科符合纳入标准的504例住院患者为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)、冠脉Gensini评分及中国心血管病人生活质量评定问卷(CQQC)进行调查。生活质量的影响因素分析采用单因素分析及多元逐步线性回归分析。结果 冠心病患者冠脉支架植入术后CQQC总分为(79.52±8.47)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,影响支架植入术后患者生活质量的主要因素有:首次支架植入时间、既往因冠心病住院次数、文化程度、性别、年龄(P<0.05);冠脉支架植入术后患者生活质量与术前自理能力呈正相关(β=0.952,P=0.048)。结论 支架植入能有效缓解冠心病患者临床症状,改善生活质量,但患者生活质量仍不理想。应根据患者个体差异制定干预计划,以提升其生活质量。Objective To investigate the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after coronary stent implantation and analyze its influencing factors,so as to explore feasible nursing measures to improve their quality of life.Methods A total of 504 inpatients who met the inclusion criteria in the cardiology department of two Grade-A tertiary hospitals in Chengdu from February to July 2022 were selected as the survey objects by continuous sampling method.General information questionnaire,activity of daily living(ADL)questionnaire,coronary Gensini score and China questionnaire of quality of life in patients with cardiovascular disease(CQQC)were used for the investigation.Multivariate stepwise linear regression and univariate analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of quality of life.Results The total score of CQQC in CHD patients after coronary stent implantation was(79.52±8.47)points.The results of multiple stepwise linear regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting the quality of life of CHD patients after coronary stent implantation were time of first stent implantation,times of previous hospitalization,education level,gender,and age(P<0.05).The quality of life of CHD patients after coronary stent implantation was positively correlated with their self-care ability before surgery(β=0.952,P=0.048).Conclusion Coronary stent implantation can effectively relieve symptoms of CHD patients and improve their quality of life.However,their quality of life is still not ideal and needs to be improved by intervention plans based on individual differences.
