摘　　要：目的 调查维持性血液透析(MHD)患者益处发现现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2021年12月至2022年6月在成都市某6所三甲医院治疗的700例MHD患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、益处发现评定量表、症状负担调查量表、肾脏病生活质量简明量表调查其益处发现水平。结果 MHD患者益处发现总分(34.94±4.79)分。MHD患者益处发现评分与症状负担评分呈负相关(r=-0.394,P<0.05),而与生活质量评分呈正相关(r=0.408,P<0.05)。年龄、文化程度、职业、症状负担及生活质量是MHD患者益处发现的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 MHD患者益处发现水平较低,年龄、文化程度及职业等是其主要影响因素。医护人员应加强MHD患者的心理干预,采取有效措施,以提高其益处发现水平。Objective To investigate the status of benefit finding in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 700 MHD patients treated in 6 tertiary grade A hospitals in Chengdu from December 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling method.General information questionnaire,benefit finding assessment scale,symptom burden survey scale for hemodialysis patients,and kidney disease quality of life short form were used for the investigation.Results The total score of benefit finding in MHD patients was(34.94±4.79)points.The score of benefit finding in MHD patients was negatively correlated with their symptom burden score(r=-0.394,P<0.05),and positively correlated with their quality of life score(r=0.408,P<0.05).Age,education level,occupation,symptom burden and quality of life were the influencing factors of benefit finding in MHD patients(P<0.05).Conclusion MHD patients have low levels of benefit finding,with age,education level and occupation being the main influencing factors.Medical staff should strengthen psychological interventions for MHD patients and take effective measures to improve their level of benefit finding.
