急诊科肾上腺皮质危象患者的综合护理研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨对急诊科肾上腺皮质危象患者实施综合护理干预的临床效果及护理体会。方法 回顾性分析2019年6月至2020年6月于四川大学华西医院急诊科收治的肾上腺皮质危象患者共28例,随机分为常规护理组(对照组)和综合护理组(试验组),每组各14例,整理、分析两组护理的临床资料。结果 两组患者均得到合理救治,与对照组比较,试验组处理低血压及低血糖纠正时间、确诊时间、住院时间均较短,且护理满意度(92.86%)较高(P<0.05)。结论 对急诊科肾上腺皮质危象的患者实施综合护理干预,及时对患者进行正确的临床识别,不仅能降低患者风险,缩短疾病恢复时间,提高患者满意度,而且能提高急诊护理人员对肾上腺皮质危象患者的认识。Objective To explore the clinical effect and nursing experience of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with adrenocortical crisis in emergency department.Methods A total of 28 patients with adrenocortical crisis admitted to the emergency department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into routine nursing group(control group,n=14)and comprehensive nursing group(experimental group,n=14).The nursing clinical data of the two groups were collected and retrospectively analyzed.Results Both groups received reasonable treatment.Compared with the control group,the experimental group had quicker correction of hypotension and hypoglycemia,faster diagnosis,shorter hospital stay and higher nursing satisfaction(92.86%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in emergency treatment of patients with adrenocortical crisis is helpful for timely clinical identification of patients,which reduces the risk of patients,shortens the recovery time of disease,improves patient satisfaction,and promotes the understanding of emergency nursing staff on adrenocortical crisis.
