摘  要:对玻璃折射率测试方法进行了综述,并提供一种适用性好、测定精度高的玻璃折射率测试方法。方法中,针对玻璃纤维行业典型无碱E玻璃配方,对玻璃的熔制、退火、切割和抛光过程进行标准化,并基于V棱镜折光仪测定玻璃的折射率。实验结果表明,对于E玻璃配方,玻璃配合料在1500℃下保温3 h熔制,在650℃下保温1.5 h退火,切割并抛光成具有两个相邻光滑面的V块,V面成角90°±2′,表面粗糙度Ra≤0.025,即可保证折射率的测定精度在±0.00005范围内。The methods of measuring the refractive index of glass were reviewed,and a method for measuring the refractive index of glass with good applicability and high measurement accuracy was provided.In the method,the glass melting,annealing,cutting and polishing processes were standardized for the typical alkali-free(E)glass in the glass fiber industry,and the refractive index of the glass was determined based on a V-prism refractometer.The results have shown that by melting the E-glass batch at 1500℃for 3 hours,annealing the glass at 650℃for 1.5 hours,cutting and polishing the glass into a V-block with two adjacent smooth surfaces angled by 90°±2′and with the surface roughness Ra≤0.025,the measurement accuracy of the refractive index can be guaranteed to be within the range of±0.00005.
