摘　　要：本文简要介绍了鞋类产品中甲酰胺和偶氮二甲酰胺的检测技术研究状况,包括:气相色谱法(GC)、气相色谱质谱联用法(GC-MS)、液相色谱法(LC)、液相色谱质谱联用法(LC-MS/MS)和近红外高光谱成像法(NIR-HSI)等检测技术的原理及优点,对相关检测人员进行两种物质的检测方法研究具有参考意义。This article briefly introduced the research status of the detection technology of formamide and azodicarbonamide in footwear products,including the principles and advantages of detection technologies of gas chromatography(GC),gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),liquid chromatography(LC),liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)and near-infrared hyperspectral imaging(NIR-HSI)and have reference significance for the relevant detection personnel to study the detection methods of the two substances.
