小粒种咖啡种子发芽指标测定

摘　　要：咖啡种子质量是确保咖啡育苗中出苗率和壮苗率的关键指标,试验采用常规沙床催芽育苗方法,以周(w)为测算时间单位,对小粒种咖啡种子发芽指标进行测算,探讨用发芽指标衡量小粒种咖啡种子质量。结果显示,发芽势(GE)、发芽率(GP)、发芽指数(GI)、活力指数(VI)、发芽速率系数(CRG)、发芽速率指数(IRG)、发芽整齐度系数(CUG)和发芽时间变异系数(CVT)指标的平均值分别为81.6%、96.8%、28.19、236.94、0.2724、19.36、1.4137和0.2295,重复数的平均值具有较好的代表性,可作为衡量小粒种咖啡种子质量的参考指标。The quality of coffee seeds is the key indicator to ensure the emergence rate and robust seedling rate in the process of coffee seedling cultivation.The test uses the method of conventional sand bed germination,and takes week(w)as the unit of measurement time to measure the germination index of coffee seeds,and discusses the use of germination index to measure the quality of coffee seeds.The results showed that the average values of germination potential(GE),germination percentage(GP),germination index(GI),vigor index(VI),germination rate index(CRG),germination rate index(IRG),germination uniformity coefficient(CUG)and germination time variation coefficient(CVT)were 81.6%,96.8%,28.19,236.94,0.2724,19.36,1.4137 and 0.2295,respectively,and the average values of duplicates were well representative,which can be used as a reference index to measure the quality of Coffea arabica seeds.
