摘　　要：营商环境既包括社会经济要素,也包括政治和法律要素。它是衡量一个城市或者地区,乃至一个国家吸引外部投资者的一个重要数量标准。作为面向国际化发展的城市,郑州依托航空港经济综合实验区,全力推进“大枢纽”“大产业”“大都市”和“中心城市”等“三大一中”战略。这对郑州来说是一个新的历史机遇。因此,把握好机遇,努力提升自己的核心竞争力,打造良好的国际化营商环境,是郑州市实现重大飞跃发展的关键。The business environment includes not only the social and economic elements,but also the political and legal elements.It has an important quantitative standard to measure how much a city or a region,or even a country can attract the external investors.As a city facing international development,Zhengzhou city,relying on the Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone,make all efforts to promote the strategy of“the big hub”,“the big industry”,“the metropolis”,and“the central city”.This is a new historical opportunity for Zhengzhou city.Therefore,we should seize the opportunity,try to enhance our core competitiveness,and create a good international business environment,and these efforts will be the key for us to achieve a major leap forward in development.
