摘  要:压力容器在焊接后,焊缝打磨是必不可少的一道工序。设计一种新的焊缝打磨装置,由齿轮齿条、气缸和打磨头等零部件组成,可对筒体和锥体纵焊缝进行打磨,该装置结构简单、制造成本低、传递动力大、传动速度快、易于操作、实用性强、工作平稳、可靠性高。使用带摇臂的装置,可以较好地避免打磨装置与圆锥体干涉问题,气缸带动打磨头往复运动,可以实现反复打磨,同时气缸具有无级调速的性能,提高气缸移动速度时,能够连续平稳地对焊缝进行打磨。After welding the pressure vessel,welding seam polishing is an essential procedure.A new welding grinding device was designed,which was composed of pinion and rack,cylinder and grinding and other parts.It could grinding the longitudinal weld of the cylinder and the cone.The device had simple structure,low manufacturing cost,large transmission power,fast transmission speed,easy operation,strong practicability,stable work and high reliability.The use of rocker arm device,could better avoid the grinding device and cone interference problems,the cylinder drive grinding head reciprocating motion,could achieve repeated grinding,at the same time,the cylinder had the performance of stepless speed regulation,which could continuously and smoothly polish the weld when improving the cylinder moving speed.
