摘 要:超高压容器的锻件筒体内外径比通常小于65%,承压设备无损检测标准NB/T 47013—2015不适用于内外径比小于65%筒形锻件超声波斜入射周向扫查。超高压容器标准GB/T 34019—2017对于此类检测方法做过介绍。在工作中遇到此类结构的超声波检测,做了一些研究,通过订购特殊角度探头,研制合适的试块,发现显示信号后的计算处理,试验来验证理论研究结果,圆满完成检测任务。这对于类似结构大厚度锻件周向超声检测富有指导意义。因在常规容器中不多见,特以此为特定案例做介绍分享。The ratio of inner diameter to outer diameter of forging cylinder of ultra-high pressure vessel is usually less than 65%.The nondestructive testing standard NB/T 47013—2015 for pressure equipment is not applicable to the oblique incidence circumferential ultrasonic scanning of cylindrical forgings with the ratio of inner diameter to outer diameter less than 65%.Such detection methods are described in the standard GB/T 34019—2017 for ultra-high pressure vessels.The author encountered the ultrasonic detection of this kind of structure in the work,and did some research.By ordering the special angle probe,developing the appropriate test block,the calculation processing after the discovery of the display signal,the test to verify the theoretical research results,and successfully completed the detection task.This is instructive for the circumferential ultrasonic detection of forgings with similar structures and large thickness.As it is rare in conventional containers,it is hereby introduced and shared as a specific case.
