摘  要:大型非规则布管的管板难以使用全实体单元进行有限元分析。建立与实际结构相符的3D模型,并按照ASMEⅧ-2附录5-E中的当量实心板法进行应力分析与评定,是工程中常用的方法。详细介绍了该方法的计算过程和评定准则,并与全部实体单元模型的结果进行对比,表明该法安全可靠;采用GB/T151—2014中的评定准则与全部实体单元模型的结果进行对比,表明该评定准则对非规则布管结构应分工况谨慎使用。It is difficult to use full solid element for finite element analysis of large irregular tubesheet.It is a common method in engineering to establish a 3D model consistent with the actual structure,and carry out stress analysis and evaluation according to the equivalent solid plate method in Appendix 5-E of ASME VIII-2.In this paper,the calculation process and evaluation criteria of the method were introduced in detail,and the results were compared with all the solid element models,which showed that the method was safe and reliable.The evaluation criterion in GB/T 151—2014 was compared with the results of all solid unit models,which showed that the evaluation criterion should be carefully used for the irregular distribution structure.
