摘　　要：循环液泵用于BDO合成工段中反应液的循环冷却,是Reppe法制1, 4-丁二醇工艺流程中的关键设备,根据该泵出现的典型使用问题(如定子绝缘击穿、转子屏蔽套鼓包、接线柱烧毁等)进行了原因分析,提出了对应的解决方案,并提出了循环液泵选型设计及开车阶段的其他注意事项。The recycle liquid pump is used to cool and recycle the reaction liquid in BDO synthesis unit,and is the key equipment in the process of producing 1,4-butanediol by Reppe method.This paper analyzes the causes of the typical problems of the pump(such as stator insulation breakdown,rotor liner bulges and wiring terminal burnout,etc.)and puts forward corresponding solutions.Other precautions during the selection design and start-up stage of recycle liquid pump are also proposed.
