摘  要:针对现行锑火法冶炼工艺熔炼温度高、能耗大以及环境污染等问题,提出了一种以氧化锌为固硫剂、碳酸钠为熔盐的CO_(2)顶吹固硫熔炼新工艺。采用单因素条件法考察了熔炼温度、CO_(2)流量、熔盐组成、固硫剂和还原剂加入量对辉锑矿中金属直收率和氧化锌固硫率的影响。得到的最优工艺条件如下:熔炼温度为1223 K、CO_(2)流量为0.3 L/min、熔盐为Na_(2)CO_(3)、煤粉加入量为煤粉所需理论添加量的2倍、ZnO加入量为ZnO所需理论添加量的1.3倍。在此最优工艺条件下进行综合扩大实验,锑的直收率达到91.83%,总固硫率达到97.8%。In view of serious drawbacks existing in current antimony pydrometallurgical process,such as a high smelting temperature,large energy consumption and serious environmental pollution,a novel sulfur-fixation smelting process for extracting antimony from stibnite concentrate by top blow of CO_(2) into the sodium molten salt was presented,using ZnO as sulfur-fixing agent.The influencing factors,including the melting temperature,CO_(2) flow,composition of molten salt,and dosage of carbon and ZnO,were investigated in detail by single factor experiments.The optimum parameters are that temperature is 1223 K,CO_(2) flow amount is 0.3 L/min,molten salt is Na_(2)CO_(3),mass ratio of carbon addition to theory amount is 2,mass ratio of ZnO addition to theory amount is 1.3,the direct recovery of antimony reaches 91.83%,and the sulfur capture capacity reaches 97.8%.
