摘 要:本文通过单矿物浮选试验、实际矿浮选试验、接触角测试、红外光谱分析、扫描电镜能谱分析等,系统研究了复合烃油对不同粒级辉钼矿浮选行为的影响及作用机理。结果表明:复合烃油对辉钼矿的浮选效果优于煤油和中性油,煤油与中性油的质量比为1∶1时,实际矿浮选可获得钼精矿品位为45.20%,回收率为83.04%的指标,比煤油作为捕收剂时的回收率提高4.30%。机理研究表明,复合烃油可以同时吸附在辉钼矿的非极性“面”和极性“棱”上,既保证了粗粒辉钼矿的表面疏水性,又提高了细粒辉钼矿的表面疏水性,强化了辉钼矿的浮选效果。复合烃油能提高辉钼矿的整体浮选回收率,对钼资源的高效回收具有十分重要的意义。In this paper,the influence of compound hydrocarbon oil for molybdenite of different sizes in flotation,and its mechanism have been studied systematically by single mineral flotation,actual ore flotation,contact angle test,infrared spectrum analysis,scanning electron microscopy energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the effect of compound hydrocarbon oil is better than kerosene and neutral oil in molybdenite flotation.When the mass ratio of kerosene to neutral oil is 1∶1,molybdenum concentrate is obtained by actual ore flotation,which grade is 45.20%,and recovery rate is 83.04%,which is 4.31%higher than when kerosene is used as a collector.The mechanism studies show that the compound hydrocarbon oil can be adsorbed on the“face”and“edge”of molybdenite at the same time,which ensures the surface hydrophobicity of the coarse-grained molybdenite and the fine-grained,which strengthens the flotation effect of molybdenite.Compound hydrocarbon oil can improve the overall flotation recovery rate of molybdenite,which is of great significance to the efficient recovery of molybdenum resources.
