摘 要:针对某公路炭质页岩填料利用与处治难题,开展炭质页岩崩解软化机理分析与路用性能试验,分析填料强度的湿化衰减特性。试验结果表明:炭质页岩的微观结构、亲水矿物、含硫矿物是造成其易崩解软化、植物难以生长的主要原因;经历2次干湿循环后炭质页岩崩解已大部完成,随着干湿循环次数的增加,炭质页岩崩解率逐渐稳定在12%左右;炭质页岩填料中石料含量对密实度的提高影响不大,但对填料承载比CBR值的提升非常显著,CBR值随含石率的增加近似呈线性增长;中风化炭质页岩填料浸水前的工程性质较好,受水浸泡6小时后填料回弹模量衰减41.5%,受水浸泡24小时后填料回弹模量衰减47.0%。并探讨公路路基炭质页岩利用部位及其典型结构形式。Aimming at the problem of utilization and treatment of carbonaceous shale filling in a highway,the disintegration and softening mechanism analysis and road performance test of carbonaceous shale were carried out,and the wetting attenuation characteristics of the strength of the filler were analyzed.The test results show that the microstructure,hydrophilic minerals and sulfur-containing minerals of carbonaceous shale are the main reasons for its easy disintegration and softening and the difficulty of plant growth.After two dry and wet cycles,the disintegration of the carboniferous shale is mostly completed.With the increase of dry and wet cycles,the disintegration rate of the carboniferous shale gradually stabilizes at about 12%.The coarse particle of carbonaceous shale filler has little effect on the improvement of compactness,but the CBR value of the filler is significantly increase by the content of coarse particles,and the CBR value increases linearly with the increase of coarse particle content.The engineering properties of the middle-weathered carbonaceous shale fillers are good before soaking in water.The rebound modulus of the fillers decreases by 41.5%after soaking in water for 6 h,and the rebound modulus decreases by 47.0%after soaking in water for 24 h.The utilization positions and typical structural forms of carbonaceous shale of highway subgrade are discussed.
