摘　　要：设计了一种高功率法拉第筒,用于中国散裂中子源二期工程(CSNS-II)中80MeV漂移管直线加速器(DTL)调束阶段,以吸收和截止束流,并保护下游的超导腔。通过蒙特卡罗程序模拟了80 MeV质子束在不同材料中的能量沉积,为质子束在材料中热源分布的建立提供了依据。使用有限元分析软件ANSYS对结构模型进行热分析,通过材料与结构的分析比较,最终选择以石墨作为面向束流吸收材料、束流与收集靶法线夹角为70°的斜靶结构。当束流参数脉冲宽度为500μs,频率为25 Hz时,达到平衡后峰值温度约为1377 K,未超过相应的石墨材料熔点,结构设计满足工程应用需求。A high-power Faraday cup was designed to absorb and stop the beam to protect the superconducting cavity during the beam commissioning of 80 MeV drift tube linear accelerator(DTL)in China Spallation Neutron Source phase II(CSNS-II).The energy deposition of 80MeV proton beams in different materials was simulated by the Monte Carlo program,which provided a basis for the establishment of the thermal source distribution model in the material.The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to conduct thermal analysis of the model.Through the analysis and comparison of materials and structures,graphite was finally selected as the beam absorbing material,and choose slanted plate target that the angle between the beam and the normal line of the collecting target was 70°.When the beam pulse width is 500μs and the frequency is 25 Hz,the peak temperature is about 1377 K,which does not exceed the graphite′s melting point.The structural design meets the needs of engineering application.
