摘 要:镍基高温合金是航空航天等领域不可或缺的材料,是高温合金材料优化研究的热点,其合金成分复杂,关键合金元素对其性能的影响显著。先进的激光熔覆技术对镍基高温合金涂层的发展有重要的推动作用。在简要给出激光熔覆技术发展现状的基础上概述了镍基高温合金的研究进展,系统梳理了Co、Al、Cr、Ta、W、Re、Ru、Zr、Fe等金属元素以及Si、C、B等非金属元素以及陶瓷颗粒VC、B4C、WC、TiC、Y_(2)O_(3)等对镍基高温合金力学性能及显微组织的影响。指出了镍基高温合金在当前研究发展中的困扰和仍需关注的问题,最后对镍基高温合金将来的发展进行了展望。Nickel based super alloys are indispensable materials in the field of aerospace and other fields,and are a hot spot in the optimization research of superalloy materials.Their alloy composition is complex,and key alloy elements have a significant impact on their properties.Advanced laser cladding technology plays an important role in promoting the development of nickel based superalloy coatings.Based on a brief introduction of the current status of laser cladding technology,the research progress of nickel based superalloys was summarized,and the effects of metal elements,such as Co,Al,Cr,Ta,W,Re,Ru,Zr,Fe,non-metallic elements,such as Si,C,B and ceramic particles,such as VC,B4C,WC,TiC,Y2O3,were systematically sorted out on the mechanical properties and microstructure of nickel-based superalloys.The troubles and problems that still need attention in the current research and development of nickel-based superalloys are pointed out,and the future development of nickel-based superalloys is prospected.
