摘  要:设计了一种基于反激变换器拓扑的多路输出供电电源,提出了基于高性能固定频率电流模式控制器UC3845芯片的车载逆变器供电的多路输出反激变换器的设计方案,对电路系统中的关键元器件—磁性元器件参数与环路参数进行了设计。针对传统车载电源开发过程中成本高、测试项多、开发周期长等问题,通过PSIM2021A仿真软件对所设计的供电电源的各项性能进行了仿真测试,获得了目标系统中的关键性能参数,仿真结果表明所提出的设计方法达到了预期的性能要求,证明了设计理论的正确性。A multi-output power supply based on flyback converter topology was designed.A design scheme for a multi output flyback converter powered by a vehicular inverter based on a high-performance fixed frequency current mode controller UC3845 chip was proposed.The key parameters in the circuit system were designed including magnetic component and loop component.Aiming at the problems of high cost,multiple test items,and long development cycle in the development process of traditional vehicle power supplies,simulation tests were conducted on the various performances of the designed power supply using PSIM2021A simulation software,the key performance parameters in the target system were acquired.The simulation results show that the design method proposed meets the expected performance requirements,and proves the correctness of the design theory.
