摘 要:三维纺织复合材料由于优秀的力学性能,广泛应用于各个行业。但国内三维织物大都采用手工织造,无法保证织物质量。为了解决这些问题,研制了一种全自动三维织物织机。首先根据织物的织造要求对织机进行织造方案设计与整体尺寸规划;其次对织机各个机构进行分块细化设计;然后根据织造方案完成织机的控制系统设计,在设备装配工作完成后对整机进行运动调试;最后完成织物样品的织造与检测。实验结果证明该织机可以实现全自动化生产织造,提高了三维织物的织造效率,保证了织物的质量要求。Three-dimensional textile composites are widely used in various industries due to their excellent mechanical properties.However,most of the domestic three-dimensional fabrics are hand-woven,and the quality of the fabric cannot be guaranteed.In order to solve these problems,a fully automatic three-dimensional fabric loom was developed.Firstly,according to the weaving requirements of the fabric,the weaving scheme design and overall size planning of the loom were carried out,and then the weaving machine was designed in block detail,and then the control system design of the loom was completed according to the weaving scheme,the whole machine was debugged after the equipment assembly work was completed,finally the weaving and testing of fabric samples were completed.The experimental results show that the loom can realize fully automated production and weaving,improve the weaving efficiency of three-dimensional fabrics,and ensure the quality requirements of fabrics.
