摘  要:FCS作为稳定可靠的控制系统,在工控领域已有广泛应用,但目前在煤矿的生产控制领域应用较少,而大多还是采用PLC控制系统,这阻碍了煤矿柔性生产和智能化的发展。首先,总结了工业控制系统在煤矿行业的发展历史,从继电器控制时代到PLC控制系统时代,再到DCS控制系统时代,FCS系统是当前控制系统发展的新阶段,也是更具技术先进性的新型控制系统;接着,通过对比探讨了FCS技术的优势,阐述了FCS系统在系统结构、信号传输、扩容升级、系统兼容、控制方式和终端设备等11个技术层面上的优点;最后,展望了FCS技术在煤矿智能化发展中的优势,主要包括:智能化终端的选型具有良好的兼容性;系统易于重构和扩展,能满足煤矿作业场景的经常变更;非常适用于煤矿作业经常变更的特点;抗干扰性强;系统本征安全特性使其非常适合在危险区域和易变的生产环境中运行。As a stable and reliable control system,FCS has been widely used in the field of industrial control.At present,it is rarely used in the field of production control in coal mines,PLC control systems are still widely used,which hinders the development of flexible production and intelligence in coal mines.First of all,the development history of industrial control systems in the coal mining industry was summarized,from the era of relay control to the era of PLC control system,and then to the era of DCS control system,FCS system was the latest stage of the current control system development,and it was also the most technologically advanced new control system.Then,the advantages of FCS technology were discussed by comparison,the FCS system had obvious advantages in 11 technical aspects such as system structure,signal transmission,capacity expansion and upgrade,system compatibility,control method and terminal equipment.Finally,the advantages of FCS technology in the intelligent development of coal mines were prospected,including:the selection of intelligent terminals has good compatibility;the system is easy to reconfigure and expand,and can meet the frequent changes of coal mine operation scenarios;it is very suitable for coal mines characteristics of frequent job changes;strong anti-interference;the system\s intrinsic safety characteristics make it ideal for operation in hazardous areas and volatile production environments.
