摘  要:煤的发热量测量标准的选择对燃煤发电厂来说有着极其重要的意义。目前我国企业在执行海外燃煤电站EPC总承包项目时一部分项目可接受采用国标《煤的发热量测定方法》GB/T213-2008,但也有部分项目所在地国家和地区会考虑其现有工业规范体系,要求煤的发热量测量采用美标,即《煤炭和焦炭总热值的标准测试方法》ASTM D5865/5865M-19,这给不熟悉美标标准的工程技术人员及试验人员造成很大困惑。通过对国标和美标解读分析,分别从煤发热量测量试验场地及设备、试验测定步骤、测定结果的计算等主要方面进行全面比较,得出美标《煤炭和焦炭总热值的标准测试方法》ASTM D5865/5865M-19和国标《煤的发热量测定方法》GB/T213-2008的试验方法和理论基本一致,但同时也存在一些差异。借此希望能为执行海外燃煤电站EPC总承包项目的工程人员及参与海外电站的运行人员提供借鉴,从而提高在执行海外项目上的技术水平。The selection of coal calorific value measurement standard of coal-fired power plants is great significance.At present,when China enterprises in the implementation of EPC general contracting projects of overseas coal-fired power plants,some of the project can accept“Determination of Calorific Value of Coal”GB/T 213-2008,however some of the countries and regions where the project is located will consider their existing industrial standard system requiring coal calorific value to be measured according to the American standard“Standard Test Method for Gross Calorific Value of Coal and Coke”ASTM D5865/5865M-19.This caused great confusion to project engineers and testers who were not familiar with the American standard.Through the interpretation of the China GB standard and the American standard,from the coal calorific value measurement test area and test equipment,test determination steps,calculation of determination results and other main aspects of a comprehensive comparison,it was concluded that the American standard ASTM D5865/5865M-19 and GB/T 213-2008 test methods and theories were basically the same,but there were also some differences.In this way,hope to provide reference for project engineers who carry out overseas coal-fired power plant EPC projects and operation personnel who participate in overseas power plants,so as to improve the technical level in the implementation of overseas projects.
