摘　　要：桔梗来源于桔梗科植物桔梗的干燥根,具有宣肺、利咽、祛痰、排脓的功效。现代研究表明,桔梗的主要活性物质桔梗皂苷D具有抗炎、抗氧化、降血脂、抗血栓、抗癌及调节免疫等多种药理作用。本文对桔梗皂苷D抗肿瘤机制的相关研究文献进行了综述,发现其主要集中在诱导癌细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤发展、诱导癌细胞自噬、抑制癌细胞免疫逃避及抑制炎症信号通路激活等方面,体现了桔梗皂苷D多靶点、多通路的作用特点,且作为抗肿瘤药物的增效减毒剂亦有良好表现。Platycodon grandiflorus comes from the dried root of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.,which is known for its effects of Lung-clearing,sore throat-relieving,phlegm-expelling and pusremoving.Modern studies have shown that Platycodin D,the main active substance of Platycodon grandiflorus has a variety of pharmacological effects,including anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,lipid-lowering,anti-thrombus,anti-cancer and immune-modulating.This study reviewed the anti-tumor mechanism of Platycodin D by referring to domestic and foreign related literature,and found that its mechanism mainly focus on inducing apoptosis of cancer cells,inhibiting tumor development,triggering autophagy in cancer cells,inhibiting immune evasion of cancer cells,and inhibiting activation of inflammatory signaling pathways,which feature in multiple-target and multiple-pathway.Platycodin D shows a significant effect in terms of synergism and attenuation.
