摘  要:炙甘草为甘草片经蜜炙后得到的一种中药炮制品,具有补脾和胃、益气复脉的功效,其临床应用历史悠久。现代研究发现,甘草经过蜜炙后,会影响其化学成分组成,并改变其药理作用。本文对炙甘草化学成分和药理作用进行了归纳总结,发现炙甘草中的化学成分种类多样,主要包括三萜皂苷类、黄酮类及多糖类等;炙甘草具有抗肿瘤、抗抑郁、抗炎、抗心律失常、保肝、抗氧化以及免疫调节等药理作用。Prepared glycyrrhiza is a kind of decoction piece obtained from roasted licorice slices with honey,which has the effects of tonifying Spleen and Stomach,supplementing Qi and restoring pulse,and has a long history of clinical application.After being prepared with honey,it can affect its chemical constituents and correspondingly alter its pharmacological effects.This study summarized the related reports on the chemical components and pharmacological actions of prepared glycyrrhiza,and found that the chemical components in it were diverse,mainly including triterpenoid saponins,flavonoids and polysaccharides.Prepared glycyrrhiza has pharmacological effects including anti-tumor,anti-depression,anti-inflammation,anti-arrhythmia,liver protection,anti-oxidation and immune regulation.
