摘　　要：目的 观察耳尖放血联合超分子水杨酸治疗中重度痤疮的疗效,优化中重度痤疮患者临床治疗方案。方法 将120名中重度痤疮患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。所有患者均予30%超分子水杨酸刷酸焕肤治疗,观察组刷酸前加用耳尖放血疗法,比较两组患者GAGS评分、皮肤屏障功能、生活质量指数的变化情况及疗效,并记录不良反应。结果 观察组总有效率100%(60/60)显著高于对照组75%(45/60)(P <0.001)。与对照组相较,观察组在GAGS评分、皮肤屏障功能、生活质量指数上均有显著优势(P <0.001)。两组均未见严重不良反应。结论 耳尖放血联合超分子水杨酸可明显改善中重度痤疮患者的临床症状,提高皮肤屏障功能,提升生活质量,疗效显著且操作简单。Objective To observe the efficacy of ear tip bleeding combined with supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of moderate to severe acne,and to optimize the clinical treatment plan of moderate to severe acne patients.Method 120 patients with moderate to severe acne were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.All patients were treated with 30%supramolecular salicylic acid brushing rejuvenation.The observation group was treated with ear-tip bloodletting therapy before brushing.The changes of GAGS score,skin barrier function,and quality of life index and the efficacy of the two groups were compared,and adverse reactions were recorded.Result The total effective rate of 100%(60/60)in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 75%(45/60)in the control group(P<0.001).Compared with the control group,the observation group had significant advantages in GAGS score,skin barrier function and quality of life index(P<0.001).No serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups..Conclusion The combination of eartip bloodlet and supramolecular salicylic acid can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,skin barrier function and quality of life of patients with moderate and severe acne,with significant efficacy and simple operation.
