超分子水杨酸辅助治疗23例马拉色菌毛囊炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨超分子水杨酸辅助治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的临床疗效与安全性。方法 选择笔者医院2020年5月-2021年8月就诊的23例马拉色菌毛囊炎患者作为研究对象,给予超分子水杨酸联合火针辅助常规治疗,观察患者疗效、不良反应及复发情况。结果 治疗4次后,总有效率为100%,不良反应轻微,随访12周,复发率为13.04%。结论 超分子水杨酸辅助治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎能够快速提高临床疗效,不良反应轻微,复发率低。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of Malazzia folliculitis.Methods A total of 23 patients with Malazzia folliculitis treated in the author's hospital from May 2020 to August 2021 were selected as research objects.Supramolecular salicylic acid combined with fire needle assisted routine treatment was given to observe the efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence of the patients.Results After 4 times of treatment,the total effective rate was 100%,the adverse reactions were slight,follow-up 12 weeks,the recurrence rate was 13.04%.Conclusion Supramolecular salicylic acid adjuvant treatment of Malazzia folliculitis can rapidly improve clinical efficacy,mild adverse reactions,low recurrence rate.
