微针射频痤疮治疗仪联合心理护理对面部痤疮患者的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的 研究对面部痤疮患者采取微针射频痤疮治疗仪和心理护理的疗效。方法 于面部痤疮患者中随机抽取84例,按照治疗方案分为对照组(42例,夫西地酸乳膏)和观察组(增加微针射频治疗仪),两组均给予心理护理,对比两组治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗有效率(97.62%)较对照组(73.81%)明显提高(P <0.05)。观察组GAGS(16.25±5.32)分,QLQ-C30(272.64±15.79)分,显著优于对照组[GAGS(24.95±4.63)分,QLQ-C30(256.80±14.22)分](P <0.05)。观察组SAS(43.59±2.35)分,SDS(40.52±2.68)分,显著优于对照组[SAS(55.67±2.24)分,SDS(51.36±2.30)分](P <0.05)。观察组复发率2例(4.76%),显著低于对照组13例(30.95%)(P <0.05)。观察组疼痛2例(4.76%),红斑2例(4.76%),多于对照组疼痛1例(2.38%),但2组对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 对于痤疮患者应用微针射频治疗和心理护理,能够有效改善患者负面情绪,鼓励患者积极配合治疗。充分利用微针射频治疗仪的优势促进痤疮的康复,有效提高临床疗效,对于提高患者生活质量有积极作用。Objective To study the effect of microneedle radiofrequency acne treatment instrument and psychological care for patients with facial acne.Methods 84 patients with facial acne were randomly selected,which were divided into control group(42 cases),fusidic acid cream and observation group(adding microneedle radiofrequency treatment instrument)according to the treatment plan.Both groups gave psychological care,and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The treatment response rate(97.62%)was significantly higher compared with the control group(73.81%)(P<0.05).The observation group scored GAGS(16.25±5.32)and QLQ-C30(272.64±15.79)were significantly better than the control group[GAGS(24.95±4.63)and QLQ-C30(256.80±14.22)](P<0.05).SAS(43.59±2.35)and SDS(40.52±2.68)were significantly better than the control group[SAS(55.67±2.24)and SDS(51.36±2.30)](P<0.05).The recurrence rate in 2 patients in the observation group(4.76%)was significantly lower than in 13 patients(30.95%)in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,2 cases of pain(4.76%)and 2 erythema(4.76%),more than the control group(2.38%),but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of microneedle radiofrequency treatment and psychological care for acne patients can effectively improve patients'negative emotions and encourage patients to actively cooperate with the treatment.Make full use of the advantages of microneedle radiofrequency treatment instrument to promote the recovery of acne,effectively improve the clinical efficacy,and have a positive effect on improving the quality of life of patients.
